Once we have an overall idea of your goals, we clearly lay out the terms, a budget for materials, labour, and equipment, as well as quality expectations and timelines. We also find out your preferences on the detail and frequency of communication that serves you best to keep you updated. Once your deposit is received, we move on to our next step.
STEP 2
System Setup
We set up your unique bank account and credit card to keep your funds separate and accurately track expenditures. We also create your own personalized portal for you to easily access all media and updates related to your project.
STEP 3
Build & Milestone Updates
We handle the heavy lifting with our in-house team and network of trusted local tradespeople, all vetted for precision and pride. We keep you in the loop with weekly updates via our client portal, so you can focus on living your life, not micromanaging a build. At various milestones, we give you a personal walkthrough to see the progress and give feedback.
STEP 4
Completion & Keys
Once your build is complete, your new home or cottage is professionally cleaned and polished so that it’s move-in ready as we hand you the keys.
